Our office is located at 11/188 Stratton Terrace, Manly
Manly is a beautiful harbour town where Brisbane meets the Bay. Located just 20 kilometres from the world renowned Queen Street Mall in the CBD, we have easy access to many suburbs across Brisbane through our arterial motorway systems with a quick link to Port of Brisbane Motorway, the Gateway Motorway and the Pacific Motorway.
We will happily service areas within 30 minutes of our office. This gives us a wide coverage area from Manly going north to Nudgee, west to Chermside and Stafford, south through Windsor and Fortitude Valley to Coorparoo, Holland Park to Eight Mile Plains, to Ormiston and Wellington Point, and all suburbs in-between.
The majority of properties currently under management are located in Bulimba, Balmoral, Hawthorne, Morningside, Norman Park, Cannon Hill, Murarrie, Lota, Wynnum and Manly (our direct line between Manly and the City).
While we see ourselves as servicing from Brisbane CBD to the Bay, give us a call to see if we can service your property.
You will find when choosing an agent that the old adage of “choosing a local agent” that is very close to your property is no longer relevant in the internet age where great tenants are found through effective online marketing of your property. Gone are the days when tenants walk into our office and request a list of our current properties for rent – all of them look online now so it is our role to ensure your property has adequate exposure where the right tenants are looking. This is a major benefit to landlords as it means they are not restricted to choosing a specific agent in a suburban commercial strip close to the property – landlords have the advantage of choosing the right team and the right people who can offer outstanding service and deliver above and beyond client expectations.
Brisbane is a beautiful city in the sunny state of Queensland, enjoying a subtropical climate and ideally located between the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Within our city we have the popular attraction at South Bank, with its beaches, weekend markets, designer and boutique fashion stores, cinemas, and various dining options from cafe to fine restaurants. The South Bank precinct is also home to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), and the Museum of Brisbane. Our famous Riverfire Festival is on in Brisbane every year, and attracts thousands to the river banks to enjoy the spectacular show.
Cross the river and find yourself in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, known for its famous Queen St mall and all the attractions this offers. Other popular streets include Elizabeth St (high end shopping), Albert St (dining), Edward St (fashion) and Eagle St which is well known for its riverside location, fine dining, and popular weekend markets.
If you prefer suburban entertaining, you will be spoilt for options throughout Brisbane, with some of the most popular destinations including: Manly and Wynnum Esplanade; Redcliffe Peninsula; Oxford Street, Bulimba; Racecourse Road, Ascot; Park Road, Milton; and James Street, New Farm. You can enjoy the popular Barracks and Caxton Street at Paddington when you go to see the Broncos or Reds at Suncorp Stadium.
Some of our favourite shopping centres across Brisbane include Carindale, Mount Gravatt, Chermside, Indooroopilly, Mount Ommaney… the list goes on!
